Fluorite (color change tetrahexahedral crystals) (ex Kay Robertson Collection)

Item Description

A wonderful, very gemmy (water clear in areas), crystal group of beautiful cubes of Fluorite with tetrahexahedral modification measuring up to 1.8 cm on edge. The piece is in great shape overall, with only a few tiny blemishes. The crystals are incredibly gemmy and they were incredibly difficult to photograph, and honestly the piece looks better in person. The crystals change color for a gorgeous blue in sunlight to a fine purple hue in indoor lighting. A very worthwhile and attractive Fluorite specimen from this well known Fluorite producing district.
