Item Description

A wonderful, sharp, rich golden crystal group of cubic Fluorite measuring up to 2.6 cm on edge. The piece is in great shape overall, with only a few tiny blemishes. The best part of the piece is the fact that the crystals are large for the locality, and deep in color compared to many I've seen from Moscona. When backlit, the color really comes out. The piece was difficult to photograph, and honestly it looks better in person. Minor micro associated Barite and Marcasite can be seen on the piece as well. A very worthwhile and attractive Fluorite specimen from this well known Fluorite producing district. Valued at $1600 for the size, quality and crystal size of the specimen.
