Fluorite (classic material)

Item Description

A wonderful, gemmy (virtually water clear in some areas), golden crystal group of cubic Fluorite measuring up to 6 mm on edge. The piece is in good shape overall, with only a few tiny blemishes. The crystals are so gemmy and they were difficult to photograph, and honestly the piece looks better in person. Minor ssociated "saddle"-shaped Dolomite can be seen on the reverse side of the piece. A very worthwhile and attractive Fluorite specimen from this well known Fluorite producing district.
