Item Description
Fort Wayne fluorites are a US classic and this is a fine example. A 3.8 x 3.3 x 2.8 cm, gem, golden-amber cube with interesting internal veils is jauntily set on the sculptural, brecciated, limestone matrix. The cube is in really good shape, with only trivial edge wear. The back corner is contacted and has some embedded limestone. Rich purple fluorescence. Ex Dave Stoudt Collection # 253 and purchased from Birdsall Resources in February, 1985
