Item Description
Adorable, well-balanced small cabinet combination from the famed Yaogangxian Mine. Classic for the locale cluster of gemmy light purple Fluorite cubes with nifty darker edge phantoms is front and center. The large cube is 1.6 cm. The sculptural cluster of glassy Quartz crystals are richly and preferentially coated with tiny, sparkly Calcite disks and are dramatically accented by the two striking , intergrown, beautifully iridescent, striated Chalcopyrite sphenoids set between the two large Quartz monoliths. Purple fluorite fluorescence. See the 2011 Mineralogical Record article in Vol. 42, No. 6. A fascinating, uncommon and outstanding 360-degree combination from the locale.
