Item Description

Here we have a classic specimen of beautiful bi-colored Fluorite from the famous Denton Mine. This small cabinet sized specimen features excellent quality, sharp, lustrous, gemmy, bi-color (purple and golden) cubic crystals of Fluorite with minor associated Calcite and very little matrix. The largest crystal measures 3.5 cm on edge. Excellent condition all around with very little damage on the front, but there are a few contacts, so it's not 100% pristine. With strong backlighting, the purple and golden hues combine to create an alluring pink-magenta color, which resonates through the crystals A fine representation of this now fast-disappearing material.
