Item Description
A perfect, pristine, 3.2 cm, translucent, fluorite ball or "egg yolk" with frosted surfaces is aesthetically set on the sculptural, rolling strikingly etched chalcedony matrix covered with sharp glassy quartz points. The ball has a nice soft yellow glow, when back lit. Botryoidal fluorite is rare in nature, coming from only a few locales despite the worldwide abundance of the species. Classic and excellent Mahodari botryoidal fluorite with quartz, in good balance as a specimen. Such are uncommon, on the market.
