Fluorite and Quartz

Item Description

Very good cluster of mint-green Fluorite cuboctahedrons from the famous Erongo Mountains. The Fluorites are quite gemmy. The majority of the faces are slightly etched, but they still retain good luster. There are clear windows into the crystals, through which you can see just how gemmy the crystals are. The largest Fluorite is 2.3 cm across. Naturally, there is some contacting along the back and the bottom. The drusy Quartz provides an attractive, sparkly accent to the cluster. Aesthetic.
