Fluorite and Quartz

Item Description

Classic, mint green octahedral Fluorites from the well-known Erongo Mountains. As often seen, these lovely and gemmy green crystals have a fine, very attractive purple dusting along the faces and, most notably, the edges. This accents the mint-green color nicely, and the slightly stepped, frosted surfaces create good visual substance. The largest Fluorite is about 4 cm across, and both crystals grow on, and are penetrated by, Quartz. The most complete Quartz crystal is 3.9 cm long. An excellent example for the locality.
