Another quite choice cluster of unusual Fluorites from Erongo. The sharp, root beer cubes are draped along the top of the matrix, snaking from left to right, intergrown but not losing their identity at all. These silky Fluorites range up to 1 cm in size, and the contrast beautifully with the sugary white matrix. These Fluorites remind one of the famous root beer crystals that have come from Clay Center, Ohio. Very aesthetic, very unusual, and very distinctive. One of my favorite Fluorites from here.
