Item Description
A VERY RARE and outstanding fluorite and goshenite (colorless) beryl combination from the famous Pingwu beryl mine at Mount Xuebaoding. A striking and pristine 4.4 cm RARE cluster of five intergrown gemmy, light sea-green fluorite cubes with satin luster faces dominates the sculptural plate. The large cube is 2.4 x 2.4 cm. Two classic, gem, tabular colorless goshenite beryl crystals very aesthetically flank the fluorite cluster. The goshenites are 2.4 and 1.4 cm, respectively. The crystals rest on a well prepared large matrix plate covered with starkly contrasting oxide-tinted muscovite plates. Purple fluorite fluorescence. The balance and composition of this amazing piece is exceptional. An extremely rare, perhaps unique combination from the well-known locale. Valued at $2000-3000.
