Item Description

Striking, frosted, intensely stepped-growth, light mint-green, fluorite octahedrons are jauntily set on the mounded matrix of sparkly pyrite cubes and pyritohedrons on this showy and excellent combination piece from the famous mines at Naica. A couple of lustrous galenas are a nifty additonal accessory. The large octo is 3.4 cm and is doubly terminated. Complete all-around and nearly pristine, with only one gently cleaved termination on the large octo. Classic older material from this noted locale from the Dick Heck Collection. Probably 1970s-1980s vintage
