Item Description

A classic, old-time CABINET combination specimen from the famed Erzgebirge of Germany. Glassy, translucent, light amber, fluorite cubes to 1.4 cm are festooned on the matrix and are artistically accented with bands, clusters and isolated crystals of cubic galena. A large, old specimen! This is probably a 19th Century specimen judging by style and associations, but no proof. Ex Howard Belsky Collection. EXCELLENT purple fluorescence.
