Fluorite

Item Description

Captivating, large single crystal of the now-famous 'alien' Fluorites that came out of Erongo just a few years ago. This large single is 4 cm on edge, though it is not a complete cube (but not damged, either). One face is incuded with Hematite, which gives that one side a rich brick-red hue. The other faces are much gemmier, and allow you to see those incredible bright green diamond eyes (about 1.5 cm in size) when lit properly. It would be very safe to say that this small find has been very much in demand, and they do not often come available in this quality. NOTE: this is the only rock in the auction here not from the Charlie Key collection, but added in as it fit well.
