A wonderful small cabinet specimen featuring sharp, GEM/gemmy, beautiful rich green color cubic Fluorites with etched white Calcite on matrix. The color and gemminess of the Fluorites is what makes this specimens so desirable from the English lead mines at Weardale. The largest crystal measures 1.1 cm on edge. Good quality and just a little damage. The piece shows the classic fluorescence that is often seen in Weardale Fluorites. From and old East Coast collection, accompanied by a label from Bentley's Minerals in Windsor, Connecticut.
