This is a FINE quality, WATER-CLEAR group of sharp, lustrous cubic Fluorite from the classic Annabel Lee Mine. The Fluorites have a slight "phantoming" with purple cores and beautiful blue exteriors. Yes, the piece is not 100% perfect, but the crystals are still amazingly lustrous, smooth and TRANSPARENT with beautiful color when backlit. Hard to photograph, but we did our best, and it really does look better in person. The piece was originally priced at $695 by the previous dealer, but certainly worth more in my mind with the ever increasing value of southern Illinois material.
