Item Description
An attractive cabinet sized contemporary classic Fluorite specimen from the famous Rogerley mine. These impressive specimens have continued to come out in good quantity, providing collectors with a great opportunity to own fantastic Fluorites from one of the most prestigious lead and iron mining districts that dates back to the 13th century! This specimen hosts a handful of good sized, sharp, slightly modified, penetration twin cubes of Fluorite measuring up to 2.5 cm sitting on matrix. The crystals have that distinct green color that Rogerley pieces are known for and the beautiful purple fluorescence in sunlight. Additionally, the crystals show a desirable purple-white fluorescence under LW UV light! Despite a bit of roughness to a few of the cubes, the piece is still in great condition, and looks better in person than the photos might indicate. Priced at $2400.
