Fluorite

Item Description

These are some of the most distinctive and unique Chinese fluorite specimens that I have seen. They have a very interesting color which in reflected light shows a golden-yellow hue, but with transmitted light, one can see a brighter/richer golden-amber color. Upon close inspection, one can see the piece is filled with sharp, distinct, interpenetrating, gemmy cubic crystals to create very attractive "mounds". This is certainly uncommon for fluorite, and really stands out amongst the wide variety of Chinese fluorites that have come out over the last 10-12 years. Moderate whitish fluorescence.
