Exceptional, single crystal of sharply zoned, purple Fluorite on matrix from the well-known Blanchard Mine. The distinct zoning is very well known (though uncommon) for the location, and certainly desirable in any Fluorite. What is even more striking about this 1.4 cm crystal is the glassy, mirror-like luster and clarity. Contacted on back, complete on front.That is most unusual for the Blanchard, and make this even more of a prize. The aesthetics are terrific in this thumbnail.
