Exotic and colorful two-generation fluorite on this sculptural small cabinet plate from a small 2016 find at a very obscure locality in Zhejiang Province, China. Gorgeous, rich emerald-green, gemmy fluorite octahedrons, to 3.4 cm on edge, are nicely accented with ribbons and clusters of of purplish-gray, frosted, stepped-growth cuboctahedrons and a few rare cubes, to 4 mm. The octos remind me of outstanding emerald-green fluorites from Riemasvaak, South Africa. The emerald-green hue is even richer on this fine piece and the octos glow, when back lit. Rich purple fluorescence. A fine rich plate from the limited find.
