Fluorite

Item Description

A cool Fluorite specimen from the Taolin Mine in China featuring hundreds of fairly sharp, gemmy, light green color cubic crystals sitting overgrowing a rich emerald green octahedral crystal of underlain Fluorite. The edges of the octahedron actually have a slight purple hue. When backlit, one can see that the piece has excellent internal gemminess. The great aesthetic form, along with the beautiful crystallization make it one of the more attractive pieces I have seen from this mine.
