Item Description

Top color, luster and gemminess on this very attractive small cabinet mounded plate of bi-colored, interpenetrating fluorite cubes. The cubes are a beautiful rich purple and green. The prominent single cube on the left is 2.0 cm on edge. The interior is essentially pristine. The scattered noted periphery wear is certainly only a modest detraction. Bright purple LW UV fluorescence and fluorescent under any bright light. From a USA collector who diligently acquired specimens from every pocket. The base has been sawed on this excellent, rich and very showy plate to enhance the fine display quality. Pricing by the mining company at $1200. This very gemmy, aesthetic and rich, multi-generational fluorite is from the September, 2022 Rainbow's End Pocket find at the Lady Annabella Mine at famed Weardale.
