Item Description
Discrete, translucent, "Blanchard-blue" to purple, fluorite cubes are aesthetically scattered on the fluorite matrix of this showy and excellent CABINET specimen from the famous Blanchard Mine of New Mexico. The striking, dominating cube is 3.0 cm and the cubes have nice purple edges. This is uncommonly fine Blancard material, as most fluorite specimens are intergrown clusters of crystals. The photos highlight the translucency and color saturations, including the purple edges. Contemporary classic material.
