Item Description
Here we have an eye-catching and aesthetic display specimen from the Xianghualing Mine featuring gorgeous gemmy crystals of Fluorite, the largest measuring 3.3 cm across, with minor attached white Quartz crystals on the back. The Fluorites show a mixture of habits, primarily octahedral accented by small cubic "hillocks" overgrowth certain corners and select faces. The color is a mixture of a soft silvery-grey with gentle lilac tones in places. The crystals are quite lustrous and virtually WATER-CLEAR when backlit. The eye-catching arrangement and visual impact is quite pleasing. No major damage anywhere on the display side of the piece, and it's largely complete on the back where it was separated from the pocket wall.
