Item Description
VERY rare color and style fluorite from the Minggang MIne in Henan, best known for RARE rich purple botryoidal fluorite specimens produced in the mid-2000s. This remarkable large undulating specimen has rarely seen rich grass-green color and is totally covered with a multitude of tiny, sharp, gemmy cubic fluorite crystals, that are grown into mounded, semi-spherical clusters. Close examination of the crystals reveals the cubic form with a fine sparkle. A RARE and pristine large specimen from a single find. Purple LW UV fluorescence. The piece displays beautifully without aid, as the base has been sawed.
