A classic display specimen featuring sharp, lustrous, pale green to colorless Apophyllite crystals with minor bladed white Stilbite on pastel purplish colored Chalcedony stalactites on matrix. The piece is in great shape and the displayability is wonderful. The largest Apophyllite measures 3.1 cm, and is doubly-terminated. As a matter of fact, many of the Apophyllites are doubly-terminated, and resemble jewels, as they are completely WATER CLEAR on the ends. Indian Zeolites and associated minerals may still be fairly common on the market, but you cannot deny the fact that they are colorful, attractive, highly displayable and several of them are the finest examples of their respective species extant !
