Fluorapophyllite-(K) with Stilbite

Classic material from Pune (Poona) featuring beautiful gemmy, bluish-green colored "sprays" consisting of sharp, lustrous prismatic crystals of Fluorapophyllite-(K) measuring up to 9 mm associated with pearly white Stilbite blades measuring up to 1.1 cm on matrix. Very little damage and just beautiful in person. Most people have seen plenty of these specimens over the years, but they are still quite impressive in terms of quality as many of the minerals from the Deccan Trap are the finest examples of their respective species extant. This piece comes to us from a prominent Midwest collection that we recently acquired.
