Item Description

A dramatic, large, highly sculptural, 360-degree, mounded cluster of very glassy, apophyllite crystals from Jalgaon and the Herb Obodda dealer stock. The colorless, translucent, tetragonal crystals have high luster and striking, water-clear, gem, pyramidal terminations. The impressive, large, doubly terminated, frontal crystal is 11.5 cm long and has beautifully striated sides. This is an outstanding, aesthetic and pristine large apophyllite from Jalgaon. Valued by Herb at $650, more than five years ago.
