Item Description

A pristine, textbook, doubly-terminated, white/colorless, prismatic crystal of Fluorapophyllite-(K) with gorgeous pyramidal terminations from the famous Jalgaon District. The back of the crystal features a small radial "burst" of tiny "jewel"-like Apophyllite crystals which have formed around a broken Chalcedony stalactite, which is obviously the former point of attachment for the piece to the pocket wall. A few tiny pale orange color blades of Stilbite can be seen on the back of the piece for a nice touch. A wonderful example of this classic material. Priced at $550 in our inventory.
