Fluorapophyllite-(K) and Stilbite-(Ca)

A big gorgeous combination of soft green to almost completely colorless, gemmy, sharp, highly lustrous, prismatic crystals of Fluorapophyllite-(K) associated with pastel peachy colored bladed crystal groups (some of which are doubly-terminated) of Stilbite-(Ca) measuring up to 4.2 cm long, in a stalactitic formation (overgrowing Chalcedony in the center), free of matrix. The Apophyllite crystals just glisten when rotated in the light. The piece is crystallized on all sides, and the only roughness it at the base where it was removed from the pocket wall. It's very good quality all around and so showy! Indian Zeolites (and associated species) may still be fairly common on the market, but you cannot deny the fact that they are colorful, attractive, highly displayable and several of them are the finest examples of their respective species extant !
