Fluorapophyllite and Stilbite

A sculptural combination plate from recent finds at Jalgaon. An aesthetic and striking 3.5 cm parallel-growth cluster of glassy pyramidal pretty mint-green apophyllite crystals dominates the elongated piece, that is covered with smaller apophyllites and starkly contrasting stilbite crystals. The large cluster is pristine and the three cleaved tips to smaller crystals are certainly only a modest detraction to this classic and showy three-sided combination.
