Fluorapophyllite (2 generations) & Heulandite on Drusy Quartz

Item Description

A very aesthetic and colorful large combination from Jalgaon. A dramatic 360-degree cluster of gem, mint-green, tetragonal, apophyllite spikes has partially surrounded two earlier generation, blocky colorless apophyllites. The green spires reach 2.5 cm. A nifty flesh-pink, bladed heulaneite lies next to the cluster on the large sculptural, 3-dimensional basalt matrix covered with spiky, drusy quartz or chalcedony. You barely notice the two broken, green apophyllites in the front of the cluster, which is certainly only a modest detraction to this striking and excellent large combination.
