Fluorapatite with Muscovite

We see a lot beautiful Muscovite specimens from the Ze Pinto Claim, but rarely with much in the way of associations. This piece shows off relatively large and well-formed,excellent pseudohexagonal Muscovite crystals to nearly 4 cm across in a very open cluster so that all of them are well isolated. The Muscovites are an eye-catching bronze-silver with good luster. Standing up right out of the middle in the back of the piece is a prominent, lustrous, well-formed, dark green, 4.2 cm Fluorapatite crystal! The piece is very well composed and the large Apatite has a 3 cm plate of Muscovite artistically perched near the top adding to the great aesthetics of this handsome cabinet piece!
