A wonderful example of the classic Apatites from Medina that were mined in 1970s. These pieces stand out from virtually all other Apatites due to their unusual compressed habit and the distinctive smoky soft peach hue. This specimen features a few notably sharp, highly lustrous and VERY gemmy hexagonal crystals that have grown together to form an aesthetic, almost twisting group free of matrix. There are a few minor bruises, so it's not 100% damage free, but it's a very attractive specimen with that distinguishing color and morphology you only see in pieces from Medina. Priced at $950.
