Item Description
Pulsifer Quarry fluorapatites are certainly one of the most desirable and hardest to obtain U.S. mineral species in fine specimens. This sharp, glassy and translucent, hexagonal crystal has beautiful violet color and is from the well-known 1971 find. The top and frontal display faces are pristine, with only a bit of light periphery wear on a back edge (which is out of sight). Classic and rare material - this is a real "gem" of a crystal, and weighs 9.99 carats. ANY crystal from this find is a treasure, and they are seldom seen. valued $500-750
