Item Description

Here we have a nice thumbnail specimen of these well-known deep green Apatites from the famous find at the Sapo mine in 2004. These crystals have a unique appearance with compressed prismatic form and deep greenish-black color, but is nearly colorless on the edges. Minor white Albite can be seen on the base of the piece. It appears that Sapo may never produce these incredible specimens of these unusual Apatites again.
