Item Description
Gemmy to translucent and lustrous, this robust, lime-green Fluorapatite crystal from Morocco is reminiscent of those from Mexico but with a more apple green color! It is glassy and well-formed with a good hexagonal outline and nicely terminated, very representative for Imilchil. It has several gemmy areas with moderate internal fracturing and is contacted at the base where it was removed from matrix. The mass is 27.81 grams. It is a large thumbnail or, you could maybe call it a smallish miniature. In any case, impactful and pretty!
