Item Description

Intergrown, lustrous, brassy pyrite cubes form a very nifty and pristine floater thumbnail from the Jaime Bird Collection. Many thanks to German dealer Wolfgang Wendel for finding the exact locality information for this very obscure small find made during highway construction in the early 1970s: Highway 864, Sunthausen-Biesingen, Bad Duerrheim, Black Forest, Baden-Wurttemberg, Germany. RARE material, as MINDAT does not reference the locale.
