Item Description
An outstanding, large, floater pyrite crystal from this very obscure Madan ore field deposit, from where specimens are rare. The pyritohedron has textbook form, splendent brass-yellow color and striking striations on all sides. Complete all-around and in great shape, with only a few gently bruised corners and edges. An exceptional 360-degree pyrite, that compares favorably with those from the famous Huanzala Mine of Peru.
