Item Description

An aesthetic, intergrown, floater cluster of doubly terminated, lustrous, transparent to opaque, brown gypsum blades from the famous Great Salt Plains National Wildlife Refuge, near Jet, Oklahoma. All of the crystals have "hour-glass" sand inclusions, for which the locality is renowned for. Complete all-around and very, very nearly pristine, TINY trivial termination edgewear to both ends of the large crystal are noted, but are certainly modest detractions. Highly representative of this noted locale. It is almost impossible to find a totally pristine specimen.
