Item Description
A very fine, classic, floater azurite rosette from this well-known Chinese locale. The sparkly azurite blades have fine royal-blue color with desirable electric-blue highlights. The swirl pattern of the stout blades is extremely sculptural. The flattened cutie in complete all-around and nearly pristine, with only a trivial bit of edgewear. Ex Wihelm Leithauser Collection and was offered at the 1985 Tucson Show Mineralogical Record auction.
