Item Description
A classic large, fishtail-twinned crystal of calcite, old material from the Tri-State district locality of Picher. Ex. Russell Jones collection. It has a smooth, naturally-pitted surface, and juicy golden-amber color. Complete all-around and very nearly pristine with only trivial termination edgewear. The V-notch and offset different-sized flat terminations are striking.
