Item Description
An excellent and aesthetic specimen with two, dramatically opposed, isolated, beautiful, transparent and lustrous, fish-tail twinned, amber gypsum crystals to 3.9 x 3.3 x 1.5 cm resting on a ball of smaller selenite crystals from the Red River Floodway of Canada. The waxy luster to the large blades really adds pizzazz to the piece. This striking floater piece is nearly pristine, with only a bit of super-trivial edge wear and a barely noticeable cleaved edge to each of the large blades. The isolation of the crystals are remarkable. White fluorescence.
