An impressive, shapely, stout prismatic orthorhombic anglesite crystal is jauntily perched atop small crystals on this exceptional and aesthetic miniature from famed Tsumeb. The glassy, translucent gray crystals have classic adamantine lustre. Complete all-around and nearly pristine, with only a trivial bruise/contact on the tip of the crystal. This is a less common anglesite form from Tsumeb, as many pieces have a tabular habit. An outstanding Tsumeb anglesite miniature with striking form. Valued at $1250 and from an old collection.
