Ferro-actinolite (rare) w/ Cleavelandite ex Obodda

Ferro-actinolite is a rare member of the tremolite-actinolite series Group. Large sharp crystals are rare from the Shigar Valley. This large, lustrous, jet-black monolithic two-sided blade is well-terminated with sharp tapered edges. The cute protruding side car and glassy cleavelandite crystals at the base are super accents. The dinged lower edges are noted, but have minimal impact to high quality of this large and rare Pakistan species from the Herb Obodda dealer stock. Valued by Herb at $400 over eight years ago.
