Item Description

A classic specimen of Ferrierite-(Mg) from the type locality in British Columbia. Radial "sprays" of orange to white-beige colored Ferrierite-(Mg) are associated with grey Quartz and Calcite. A cool overall specimen of this rare zeolite species from the classic locality. Ex Kay Robertson Collection (#1994). Kay is a prominent California collector, who specialized in European classics (see the article in the March-April, 2007 Mineralogical Record and the 50+ page article in the German Magazine "Mineralien Welt" November-December 2017).
