Item Description
Fergusonite-(Y), uncommon yttrium niobate, is found in rare earth bearing pegmatites and placer deposits near pegmatites. Earthy-brown, terminated, tapered crystals are noted on two sides of the blocky orthoclase matrix. Two other sides are covered with pearlescent, dark brown muscovite. Showy and excellent combination material from this well-known Ontario locale.
