Item Description
Chlorite coats sharp feldspar crystals lining a shapely vug in gneiss matrix on this showy and uncommon old-timer from a well-known Alpine locale. The prominent crystal at the crest is 1.0 cm tall. One side is also covered with chlorite over tiny feldspar crystals. Comes with an old, faded 1800s label. This area may now be in Italy. Ex Herb Obodda dealer stock.
