"Faden" Quartz (Paul Otto Coll.)

A striking and dramatically sculptural faden quartz from Pakistan. This fantastic looking piece looks like a tomahawk with two sharp ends! The doubly terminated piece has a distinctive faden or "string", that runs the length of the piece. The tabular water-clear to translucent crystals are all doubly terminated. This excellent piece is complete all-around and is essentially pristine. A contact on the top of the large crystal is noted, where another crystal once lay, but there is very little actual damage. Most of the contact is on the back side of this artistic example.
