Faden Quartz ex Obodda

Item Description

A striking and excellent cluster of offset, stacked, branching, water-clear, tabular, quartz crystals with a distinct faden or "string" line clearly visible running through the crystals from top to bottom. All of the crystals have beautiful beveled edges. Nearly pristine, with only very trivial termination edge wear scattered about. This is indeed, a striking and fine, two-sided specimen from this late 1990s find. Specimens of this size and quality disappeared very quickly. Ex Herb Obodda dealer stock.
